The 90-Day Roadmap
How the manual becomes a life
Ninety days, three phases, thirteen protocols. The roadmap orders them so each practice settles before the next begins — one at a time, at 70% scale, with a zero-day floor.
1
Foundation
Days 1–30Attention, sleep, loops- 1Adopt Morning Calibration (2.3) and The Perfect Week (2.13) immediately.— Morning Calibration
- 2Run The Boredom Tolerance Ladder (2.8) week by week; keep the daily 30-minute block.— The Boredom Tolerance Ladder
- 3One-Task Rule (2.6) every workday; paper next-actions for every interruption.— The One-Task Rule and the Winner's Loop
- 4Sleep: guard the 7.5–8-hour window for the full 30 days before judging any other intervention. Track it; if you average under 7, nothing else gets credit.
- 5Weekly 20-minute review; log inputs daily, outputs weekly.
By day 30, a stable week skeleton exists and attention blocks are non-negotiable. Exit criteria: 25/30 days with calibration done and no zero days.
2
Identity and Intensity
Days 31–60The stack and the block- 1Add The Identity Stack (2.4) and The God-Mode Protocol (2.9) to the skeleton.— The Identity Stack
- 2Add The Flow Alignment Loop (2.5) and The Discovery Protocol (2.7) for the one goal that matters most.— The Flow Alignment Loop
- 3Run the first Belief Audit (2.1) this month; pick one belief to test.— The Belief Audit
- 4Log every God-Mode block; adjust the 70% targets upward once.
3–4 God-Mode blocks delivered with logged outputs; identity floor met 25/30 days.
3
Subtraction and Expansion
Days 61–90Simplify, then scale- 1Run The Equation Check (2.2) on any new claim you're about to adopt; audit your environment for drains and remove one trigger per week (2.12).— The Equation Check
- 2Run The Vacuum Protocol (2.10) and The Lag Reframe (2.11) to convert desire into non-attached action.— The Vacuum Protocol
- 3Quarterly: re-run the Belief Audit, one dopamine-reset day (2.12), and the full Sunday review (2.13).— The Dopamine Detox, Correctly
Two consecutive months of floor-consistent behavior, one tested belief completed with objective data, and a written list of what you subtracted — and what it did.
Ground rules
- ◆Start nothing new while something existing is slipping.
- ◆One protocol at a time, 70% scale, zero-day floor.
- ◆When results lag, review inputs (2.11), not the plan.
- ◆When a claim sounds too good, run the equation check (2.2) — and when it fails, keep the behavior if it works, and drop the story either way.
