How to Play Infinite Colour Craft

Infinite Colour Craft is a free browser game about discovering colors. You start with a handful of base pigments and combine them, two at a time, to unlock more than 150 colors — from everyday Orange and Purple to hidden gems like Gold and Silver. There is nothing to download and nothing to install: it runs entirely in your browser tab.

The core loop: drag & combine

Everything happens on the Craft board. Your unlocked colors live in the sidebar on the right. Drag any color onto the board, then drag one board tile on top of another. If that pair creates something new, the discovery pops up in a celebration modal and the new pigment joins your collection. Every mix also plays a short synthesized sound, so discoveries feel (and sound) rewarding.

Board controls worth knowing

Double-click a tile to clone it — essential once a color becomes an ingredient in many recipes. Drag tiles you no longer need to the trash area at the bottom. Keyboard players can jump between sections with keys 1–6, toggle the theme with T, and reopen this help anytime with ?.

What to do after your first discoveries

Open the Grimoire (books icon). It holds four progression systems: Recipes shows everything you have found and hints at what exists; Palettes lets you save favorite color sets; Quests hand out pigment rewards for hitting milestones like discovering a whole category; and the Daily Challenge gives you one target color family per day with a streak counter for consecutive completions.

Paint Studio and AI Lab

Switch to the Studio tab to paint with any color you have unlocked, using brushes that stay smooth at any speed. The AI Lab is where the game gets competitive: a real neural network trained on ten hand-drawn doodle categories guesses what you sketch, and the Speed Challenge tests how fast you can draw under pressure.

Beginner mistakes to avoid

Do not keep mixing the same two colors hoping for a different result — recipes are fixed, so log each discovery in your Recipes book and move on. Do not ignore rarity: Common colors are stepping stones, while Epic and Legendary pigments usually unlock whole new branches. And claim your daily reward the same day you earn it, or your streak resets.
